Mindful Movement and Meditation is a two-part practice that integrates gentle physical movement with meditation, both guided by conscious awareness of the breath, to support you through the changing seasons—both inner and outer.

Mindful Movement involves slow, fluid motions that are synchronized with the breath. These movements help release tension and promote relaxation, grounding you in your body. As the seasons shift, these mindful motions support your body in adapting to changes, easing physical discomfort or restlessness, and helping you stay connected to the present moment.

Meditation complements the movement practice by inviting stillness and deeper introspection. This part of the practice allows you to turn inward, using the breath as a guide to foster mental clarity and emotional balance. As both your inner and outer worlds transition, this meditation helps you navigate changes with grace, fostering a sense of peace and stability within.
