Join Theresa for a 4-week journey of gentle movement and meditation designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Each class will include accessible, gentle movement to soften tension, followed by guided meditation that encourages grounding and ease.

This series is open to all levels and especially supportive for those who may feel overwhelmed, stressed, or simply in need of a softer, more intentional practice. Whether you are new to meditation or returning to it, you will be guided each week with care, offering tools you can carry into your daily life.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing PIERMONT

This deeply restorative class combines guided Yoga Nidra meditation with an immersive sound bath experience. Participants rest comfortably while they are guided by Robin Roppo through gentle body awareness and relaxation techniques, helping the mind and body release tension. As the practice unfolds, soothing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gongs create a calming vibrational atmosphere that supports deeper relaxation and inner stillness.

The combination promotes stress relief, nervous system reset, and a profound sense of rest and renewal. No prior experience is needed. Simply come prepared to lie down, relax, and receive!
