Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and promoting physical and emotional healing. In this practice, you’ll be gently guided through layers of consciousness, allowing you to rest deeply while staying present. Accessible to all, Yoga Nidra requires no prior experience and can be practiced lying down or seated comfortably.

This workshop combines restorative yoga, breathwork, and a guided meditation designed to help you release the weight of the past year and create space for renewal.
Jamie will lead you through postures supported by props, encouraging rest, reflection, and grounding. We’ll explore themes of stillness, introspection, and the quiet rebirth that winter offers, ending the session with a soothing solstice meditation to welcome in clarity, warmth, and intention for the season ahead.

Join Jamie for a special evening of intention setting, guided journaling, and gentle yoga by candlelight, with the fireplace glowing to create a cozy, grounding atmosphere. This workshop invites you to gently release the weight of the past year and make spacious, heartfelt room for what you wish to call in for 2026. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation before moving into reflective journaling prompts designed to guide you toward clarity and inner alignment. From there, we’ll ease into a gentle yoga practice, supported by props and the warmth of the fire.

All are welcome. Props and journals will be provided but feel free to bring your own journal if you'd like.
