These classes are an invitation to pause, reflect, and create your own inner retreat, a space to replenish your body, calm your mind, and open your heart. Experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and awareness, and sound healing with crystal singing bowls. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and promoting physical and emotional healing. In this practice, you’ll be gently guided through layers of consciousness, allowing you to rest deeply while staying present. Accessible to all, Yoga Nidra requires no prior experience and can be practiced lying down or seated comfortably.

Join us for a 4-week meditation series designed to help you stay grounded, grateful, and present-even when life feels uncertain. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and guided meditation, we'll explore how to nurture peace within ourselves and stay connected to what truly matters.

Each week will focus on a new intention to support your daily practice of gratitude, awareness, and self-compassion. Together, we'll cultivate tools to remain centered amidst change and open our hearts to the simple joys of the present moment.
