Class descriptions:

Gentle Yoga: Our most loved class. Gentle Yoga embodies a soft approach to the physical aspects of Yoga. This class encourages using your body as a tool for healing on deeper levels. Each session is distinctive, reflecting the instructor's creativity in guiding movements while maintaining a seamless flow. The class incorporates thoughtfully selected music and prioritizes safe and intuitive movements. Expect a full body exploration without advanced transitions or complicated direction.

Suited for:
• beginners embarking on their Yoga journey,
• individuals looking to grasp fundamental poses and introductory pranayama techniques
• those managing injuries or restricted mobility
• advanced practitioners and instructors looking for a slower paced, meditative practice

Level I: "Just enough, but not too much" We've designed this class as a bridge between our Gentle Yoga and Open Level Classes. It's the perfect balance and blend of flow and structure.


Suited for:
• eager, strong beginners who want a step up from gentle
• advanced practitioners and instructors who want to refine the foundations of the poses.

Open Level: In Open Level Vinyasa, your instructor will always offer modifications for those who want more support, and variations for those who want to challenge themselves. Be ready to flow, experience the unique creativity of your instructor, and be open to exploring an inversion or maybe even a meditation! Always fueled by something deeper, your teacher will leave you feeling accomplished, inspired and anticipating what next week will bring!


Suited for:
• very strong beginners with some yoga experience
• students comfortable in Level I
• advanced practitioners and instructors ready to move, flow, and explore deeper variations

Asana Exploration is our most advanced class, but similar in pace and style to our Open Level class. Be prepared to take your transitions and poses to the next level as we explore arm balances, inversions, and advanced progressions. Each class will lead up to an in-depth breakdown of a different "goal pose" each week that your instructor strategically prepared you for from start to finish.


Suited for:
• modifications are still offered, making this class open to curious students who feel comfortable in Level I
• students comfortable in Open Level who are ready for more
• advanced practitioners and instructors working on challenging inversions, arm balances, and difficult transitions
