Slow Flow

Slow Flow Yoga bridges the gap between Wind Down and Open Level Yoga, offering a class that balances mindful movement with opportunities to deepen your practice. This class moves at a deliberate pace, allowing time to explore each pose, focus on alignment, and connect with your breath. Slow Flow Yoga provides a slower tempo and accessible environment while still building strength, flexibility, and awareness.

Perfect for:

• those looking for more movement than Gentle and Wind Down
• students who want to explore moving through flows with standing poses

Wind Down

"Just enough, but not too much"  Wind Down Yoga is a calming, structured class that combines slow-paced movements with grounding, standing poses. This class focuses on alignment and beginner transitions, creating a balance of ease and exploration through intentional movements with minimal flow. Wind Down incorporates a restorative posture at the beginning or end of class to encourage relaxation and ease. Our hope is you leave feeling empowered, yet relaxed.

Perfect for:
• beginners who are new to yoga
• individuals looking to take a step up from gentle yoga, but not looking for a fast-paced flow

• those looking for relaxation, while still feeling strong and empowered

Stony Point

Our hope is you leave feel reconnected with your mind, heart, and body.

Strength & Balance

Rather than a traditional yoga class, Strength & Balance targets the key areas that help us move safely: the core, hips, legs, arms, and shoulders. A central focus of this class is balance and proprioception–our body’s ability to sense where it is in space. As we age, our risk of falling increases, and falls are one of the leading causes of injury. At the same time, the risk of osteoporosis also rises, making fractures more likely. Building and maintaining strength through intentional movement is one of the most effective ways to help keep our bones and body strong and healthy.

Classes are open to all practitioners and structured so everyone can work at their own level. Options are always offered, with the choice to incorporate resistance bands for those ready to add an extra layer of strength building.

Through targeted movement, this class works to improve stability, coordination, and confidence while supporting bone health and injury prevention. This is a must-take class for anyone who wants to feel stronger, steadier, and more supported in their daily life. We hope you feel the difference in your body, your balance, and the way you move both on and off the mat!

Perfect for:

• Anyone looking to build and maintain strength in the core, hips, legs, arms, and shoulders
• Those who want to improve balance, stability, and proprioception to feel more confident in their movement both on and off the mat
• Those interested in supporting bone health and reducing the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures through safe, strength-based movement
• Anyone concerned about fall prevention and maintaining independence as they age
• Yoga practitioners looking to create a sustainable practice.
