are intimate, limited to 12 students, and offer personalized attention.The studio has a hospital grade air filter, HEPA filters in our AC/heat system, and is cleaned and sanitized after each class.  Pre-registration is required.

In September of 2012, Jamie Surya set out to create a yoga studio where everyone who walked in felt like family coming home. Fearlessly, she poured her heart and soul into creating her dream and without any expectations, she waited to see who would show up to class.

The Jamie Surya Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes each day to fit everybody's needs. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there is a chance for development here. Our studio has teachers trained to support people with Traumatic Brain Injury, and offer Trauma Sensitive Yoga, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders and substance abuse. Teaching because of their love for the practice, your teachers offer a supportive and encouraging environment where you never feel judged or forced to be anything but yourself.

The Jamie Surya Yoga Studio has a well-known Yoga Teacher Training program which certifies students each year to become Yoga teachers. Each year we raise thousands of dollars for organizations like the Center for Safety and Change, the Babies Heart Fund, Hi-Tor Animal Shelter, Love Your Brain, St. Christophers Inn, and many more!
