At the Jamie Surya Yoga Studio, we offer a diverse range of classes every day, designed to cater to the needs of every individual. Whether you're a beginner seeking the foundations or an experienced practitioner aspiring to refine your practice, our doors are open to your growth. Our studio features instructors who are trained to provide support for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries and offers Trauma Sensitive Yoga, addressing concerns like depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and substance misuse.​







In September of 2012, Jamie Surya embarked on a fearless mission to establish a yoga studio that would embrace everyone who entered, making them feel like family returning home. She wholeheartedly dedicated herself to manifesting her dream, holding no specific expectations, and eagerly awaited those who would grace her classes with their presence.

Our teachers are driven by a deep love for the practice, and they cultivate a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where you can freely be yourself. At the Jamie Surya Yoga Studio, we take pride in our renowned Yoga Teacher Training program, which certifies students each year to become compassionate yoga instructors.


In addition to our commitment to personal growth, we are actively involved in giving back to the community. Each year, we raise substantial funds for various organizations, including the Center for Safety and Change, the Babies Heart Fund, Love Your Brain, St. Christopher's Inn, and many more. Our dedication to yoga extends beyond the mat and into the betterment of the world around us.
